Launched in 2015, the Castle Lager Braai Fest has evolved from a simple gathering around the grill into Zimbabwe’s biggest food and music festival. It has drawn crowds of over 14,000 in its early years and earned a spot in the Guinness World Records for the most people cooking simultaneously. More than just a festival, it’s become a national tradition that celebrates togetherness, pride, and the country’s deep love for braai culture.
This year, Glamis Arena — one of Harare’s top outdoor venues — provides the perfect backdrop.
